Small clots but no period

User Profile
I haven't had periods last couple months but when I go to restroom I notice blood clots on tissue. I have no pain and take no meds. I am 45 years old been having perimenopause symptoms. Is this normal not having a cycle but seeing small clots on tissue it lasts 7 days then stops?

Yes.This could be normal for perimenopausal age.Your hormones stop working and that is the reason you might have irregular cycle, spotting, absent cycle or excessive bleeding. This is entirely natural and do not worry about it.
