Small, acne-like bump on scrotum

I have one small, red, acne-like bump on my scrotum, just on the skin of the scrotum, not the testicles. It looks exactly like a pimple you would find on someone's face. I'm a virgin, so zero sexual contact whatsoever.

It recently started itching also.

I'm afraid it's testicular cancer, I tried putting toothpaste and vinegar on it (I know it wasn't smart without consulting a doctor).

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe that this bump on your penis is benign and self resolving. Just maintain good hygiene, don't pop, poke or pick this bump, avoid masturbation ,avoid tight undergarments and avoid sweating down there. This happen when sweat producing pores which are numerous in scrotum get clogged.

Take care.
