Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A7881
Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

The symptoms (feel sleepy very much and hungry also and some anxiety) can be associated with pregnancy. If you have missed a period then in all probability you are pregnant. Take a pregnancy test and see.

If you have not missed the periods then it could also be due to diabetes, acidity, gastric reflux or GERD. It could also be due to worms in stool. You would need to get your blood sugar tested and stool for worms. Acidity can be controlled by antacids and lifestyle changes.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor once. Hope this helps. Take care!
