Congrats on your pregnancy. Sleeping on your stomach is fine until you become visibly pregnant. Early on in the pregnancy, the baby is so tiny that it is still safely nestled between your hips.

I sleep on my tummy and I am 7 weeks today. Doc told me it was fine. When you start to show to stay comfortable you are gonna want to put a pillow in front of you and one between your legs. To stay on your side believe me it helps this is my third pregnancy and it helped me.
