User Profile
Im almost 9 weeks pregnant and I'm already experiencing insomnia.
I can't sleep with my husband.. ONLY by myself.. what is up with this?
He's getting pretty frustrated and this is not normal for me!

Your hormones play apart in this. Sleep is very important during pregnancy. Do you have a lot more on your mind than usual, besides being pregnant? You could try warm milk or if your doctor approves a 1/2 glass of red wine. Try going to bed before your husband. I hope this helps.
