can anyone help me pls on how to sleep quickly? ive been experiencing sleep deprivation for days. change in environment and time-zone may be the culprit? its giving me anxieties and more sleep problems..HELP me pls with this problem..

Jet lag can mess up your sleep, that's for sure. Try to establish a regular sleep-wake pattern ASAP. Only allow the minimum time needed in bed for sleep, and no more. Don't allow yourself to sleep in. Let us know how that goes.

i don't understand Hypnosis..kindly elaborate..thank you. and pls teach me cognitive behavioral therapy for sleeping..i browsed it thru net but can't understand fully. thank you so much..
