sleep problem or bladder problem?

I cant seem to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time, always wake up needing the toilet and i am always very thirsty.
During the day at work i tend to just drop off and have trouble keeping my eyes open when driving.I know i snore very loudly because i hear myself as i am falling asleep this is maybe why i wake up thirsty, but i don't understand why i cant sleep for longer.
