Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

There is no such evidence that SLE effects the fertility.Issues in conceiving can be due to various other reasons as hormonal imbalances,Pelvic diseases,Ovarian cysts etc.Try to have intercourse on your ovulation days regularly. While having intercourse keep a pillow below your hips so that there is better penetration.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for investigations like USG scan, hormonal analysis and also your partners sperm count.

Take Care!
