Im 21 185 cm dont know exact weight but not skinny or chubby, i dont take any medications and im generally healthy, i do smoke cigarettes but i dont think it have to do something with it but anyway Im wearing sneakers whole day since i wake up till going to bed plus its summer and my feet get hot and sweaty (ik i shouldnt wear 24/7 sneakers in summer dont bash me) and one day red pimple like stuff appeared, it was kinda itchy and so i did like it cause it was itchy, while ago i noticed red(ish) rash patches like on top of foot. Two relatively small and one small it doesnt itch or anything but its there, and when i touch it it feels like scaleish or something and rashy? I looked up on google and it says eczema and pics kinda look like it or maybe im panicking. What caused it? Im worried and what is it

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These lesions are usually due to fungal infection.
I would suggest you topical terbinafine.
