Hello, when my face gets tan, theres an oval area in the middle of the forehead that remains pale along with the area along the eyebrow ridges. I have multiple mild allergies including pet dander and dust mites. These areas itch often in the morning and always when I shower, plus groin and scalp. I previously had rashes on my chest and inside of the elbow, but these areas are now completely normal. However, these were also severely paled either by the itching or the condition. I do have atopic excema, but suspect something extra at play.
