I am 20 years old male.Why do I feel needles piercing into my body in winter and the places where humidity levels are high and mostly when I am exposed to sunlight. But also anxiety, embarrassment, and sweat causes it too. Why?please help me . thank you in advance.

These are referred to as as Parasthesia. If no cause such as peripheral neuropathy is found Then antihistamines along with amitriptyline or gabapentin can be advised empirically to look for improvement in the symptoms of itching and burning in consultation with your physician Complete blood count should be done to look for a high red blood cell count and a corresponding high hematocrit Uric acid levels should also be checked Random and fasting blood sugar along with HB A1 C testing should be done to rule out diabetes as the cause. Symptomatic treatment should only be started after these organic causes are ruled out
