Skin Cancer Question

I've had this bump on my head since I was born and it looks like a blister, but it feels like there is a think layer of skin on it, and its red. It hurts when I touch it and some days its bigger than normal.

It is difficult to make assessment of your lesion. But the description indicates a possible wart or plaque like condition.

It would be recommended to consult a dermatologist and seek a proper opinion.
