Skin Cancer or Not? flat mole, I don't know how long...

I've had this flat mole for who knows how long and I'm afraid it might be skin cancer. It is less than the diameter of a eraser

The area needs to be examined. A skin biopsy can be advised if there is suspicion of malignancy and can be ruled out or confirmed . In case of squamous cell carcinoma or basal cell carcinoma the biopsy can be curative if it’s localised.
