So just recently a form of red blood spots appeared on my leg. A couple months ago it happened after I went raw for 5-6 days then ate gluten. This past couples weeks ive been back and forth with my diet and eating a lot of gluten and burritos. The blood spots aren’t raised at all and they don’t itch. Today the other leg has one and it’s much bigger! Does anyone know what this could be? Happens only on my legs

It would have been more helpful to answer the query if you had uploaded an image of the blood spots that you described. These could be a number of conditions / signs associated with various conditions. It could be erythema nodosum, pyoderma gangrenosum, infected eczema and atopic dermatitis. The area needs to be examined for any associated swelling as well.
