Well, everyone goes through problems differently and I can tell you that my ex-boyfriend ended up threatening to punch me in my baby belly when I was only eight weeks because he wanted me to have an abortion and I refused to get an abortion..he wanted to be friends with benefits and yes I was still in love with him, he's the guy I lost my virginity to, he's been calling me a slut and all kinds of names in the book, now I am 7 months carrying his baby boy and even though he isn't in my life I just try to go on about it think about it this way, that baby in your tummy may cost every penny in your wallet, but once you feel it and hear it's heart beat, you can only imagine what life will be like when you have it, I'm sorry that the baby daddy left you like that, but I'll tell you what my baby-daddy didn't give a crap and made up excuses that I was the reason he left, no it wasn't me, it was his choice not mine...I believe you should stay strong for the baby and love it with all your heart.. that baby may be a sign in your life, it can help you get through alot when you think of a living being growing inside of you, and about the baby's father, you could always pray that things will get better.
