Signs that Shows You are Not Getting Enough Iron

Iron is one of the fundamental elements that the body needs for maximum growth and strength. It is involved in many structural functions as well as metabolic functions in the body. Iron is known for its function in making high-quality RBC cells that have maximum oxygen carrying capacity. Without Iron, your general body health would be compromised because you would be anemic which means that your working and thinking would not be reliable. Iron is found in foods like the liver, sunflower oils and meat.
