Welcome to the forum and I am really glad to help you out.

Although, the urine for pregnancy test is negative, I’ll still suggest getting the serum pregnancy test done.

The serum beta HCG test is a much more sensitive test compared to the urine test. An ultrasound of the uterus can also be done for confirming the presence of a gestation sac.

If these tests are negative, then pregnancy is virtually ruled out.

The delayed periods can happen because of hormonal imbalance, increased stress, eating disorder, increased smoking, alcohol or caffeine use and medical conditions like PCOS, fibroid, polyps and endometriosis.

I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
