Signs of pregnancy, but unsure?

I have been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms for the past month, nausea, food aversions, extreme fatigue, sore nipples, and darkening areolas, and I also have not had my period, but I have mild pcos, so I'm used to skipping one or two before having another. My boyfriend is nervous and for god only knows what reason, doesn't want me to take a pregnancy test. So, could I be pregnant? Or could this just be from stress?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The symptoms (food aversions, nausea, extreme fatigue, sore nipples, darker areolas, missed periods) do suggest chances of pregnancy if you were sexually active during your fertile days/ovulation time (you can have occasional ovulation even if having PCOS). Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.

So I had a period two weeks ago, only for two days.. And it also stopped throughout the night, for those two days. Well have two days went by it was done.. It didnt bother me because I've had two day periods. The not bleeding at night bothered me. But anyways a couple days ago I bleed just for that day. Is there a chance that I could possibly be pregnant... My stomach hurts and I've been extra hungry and moody, NEED

Yes, there is a chance you could be pregnant. Take a pregnancy test. I don't understand why girls come on here asking if they could be pregnant when it would cost a dollar at the dollar store to buy a test and find out.

You need to take a pregnancy test. Does your boyfriend control you?? You NEED to know if you are pregnant. Not taking a test will not make you magically unpregnant, it will increase the chance of harm for your baby by not taking proper care of yourself (and it) while you are pregnant. Go to the dollar store and buy a test and take it. Even a faint line is a positive line. It sounds like you are pregnant. Those are all symptoms of pregnancy, especially the darkening nipples (that is not normal unless you are pregnant).
