Hello,
Have you missed a single cycle ? No? Then chance of having a miscarraige is remote. A sex three weeks ago couldnot produce any fetus of considerable size to be visible by naked eye. However, still you can do a pregnancy testing with a card whether it was a fetus or a vaginal discharge.
