Shoulder pain with nausea and light headed

I been having left shoulder pain, nausea, light headed,and feel weak what is going on?

Left shoulder pain is not likely to be due to gallbladder disease.

Unfortunately, there are multiple potential causes for the symptoms that you are describing, one of which could be heart problems. Therefore, you should see your doctor as soon as possible.
