I am suffering from shoulder labral tear from past 3 years and have tried almost everything but the pain is quite persistent. With painkillers, it subsides for a brief period of time but is never really gone. Can anyone suggest any alternative treatment or approach that I can follow?

You could try PRP Therapy also known as Platelet-rich plasma, is human blood that is spun down and separated, producing a concentration of platelets above normal values.
The therapy is completely non-surgical and has healing proteins with precise development factors that undeniably act in cartilage repair and repair of minor to mildly damaged joints. PRP treatment uses the cells derived from your own body, rather than those from another individual.
You could visit our Integrative Wellness Center in Vancouver and can get yourself checked by our experienced professionals in no time.
