Im trying to lose weight and gain muscle, im eating healthy and exercising. Will adding a protein shake after my work out hurt or help me? Should i add a protein shake?

It is good idea to take protein shakes after workouts for building muscles by losing the weight. This is because; proteins repair the muscle tissues that were torn during the workout. You can drink low fat milk for your recovery. It has many nutritional benefits.
