she thinks someone is after her...

please help my wife is paranoid she thinks someone is after us to kill us, and she thinks someone is after her on facebook, honestly i can check her facebook with her and there is no proof to support her suspicious we has been married like 16 years so i know her, i think, because people always changes, anyway she always has been suspicious of everything she always kept thinking that i'm always having an affair but is something with i can live with, but now everyhing is going from bad to worse, since she got an account with facebook she's always insulting other members because she thinks they are agains her, and honestly i'm very frustrated right now please help i don't even know where to ask for help please point me in the right direction
