Pregnancy Q and A Answer A36568
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If she has been on infertility treatment, and if ovulation was monitored to help you time the intercourse for fruitful results, then chances of pregnancy are possible. The delay of 10 days or more in periods could also suggest pregnancy possibility. Do not depend on appearance of symptoms alone to suggest pregnancy possibility. Few women can experience all the symptoms, whereas few women do not experience any. If periods have not started within 10 days of expected period dates, or if she has got abnormal periods, or if chances of pregnancy is suspected, she should consider visiting her doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). She should be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
