I have had these pains too. And this is alittle weird but one day i sat on the tollet and I heard a looked down and seen what just came out of looked kinda like a blood clot...It kinda freaked me out at first.. about 6 months later it happened again, thats when i asked my mom about it...she said it was completly normal pretty much every woman gets it...Im not exacly sure what causes it....but I do know now that it is normal...
