sharp pains and an intense burning sensation...

I have a mesh implant because of a hernia due to a prior surgery.....now my inside is constantly having sharp pains and an intense burning sensation...it even burns when touch in that area....I have trouble using the bathroom at times(painful)...this surgery was done last year...should I be concerned

Do not ignore your symptoms. The symptoms that you describe are not normal and might suggest underlying infection, inflammation, adhesions etc. visit your treating doctor/surgeon for through evaluation, clarification and assistance. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/surgeon and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
