I've been having a sharp pain in my lower abdomen whenever I stand up quickly. Sometimes I can't stand up straight because it feels like something is ripping. Should I be concerned, or could it just be a muscular issue?

Thanks for using this forum...

Severe pain in lower abdomen on standing posture could be due to muscular and ligament stretch issues but a surgeon needs to examine to be sure and also a sonogrphy of lower abdomen will be useful..

take care...
