I don't know what is causing your pain and there are so many potential reasons even a doctor would need to examine you in order to make a diagnosis.

Any pain that has lasted a week needs to go to the doctor.
Any pain that is so acute that it prevents or interferes with normal activity needs to go to the doctor.
Any pain that doubles a person over for more than 15 or 20 minutes is potentially life-threatening and urgent medical advice should be sought.

I hope this helps.
Good luck!
