Sharp Pain in Lower stomach. Uterus?

Every time I move, I am followed by a sharp pain in my lower stomach. It may be the uterus, but I'm not sure. It hurts to move and I hadn't started my period yet. I'm 12 if that helps.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Its likely uterus and an omen of nearby menses. Its called primary dysmenorrhea and very common and natural. Just take some mefenamic acid for relief.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
