Hello I'm a young male who recently visited an escort for the first time and ended up giving her unprotected oral sex. I'm worried what the risks might be. After my visit I noticed a continues damp-alkalic smell through my nasal passage & taste on my tongue. Should I be worried?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
There are few STDs that can be transmitted through oral sex. HIV,Hepatitis B, syphilis, gomnorrhoea all can be transmitted depending upon various factor like your partners's condition, types of sex or your inner immunity status. So,meet your doctor for a STD screening as early as possible.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
