Hello , I haven’t recently discovered clear white blemishes on the shaft/foreskin of my penis , about a month ago I did have a frenulum Slight Rip but it has since healed. These white/clear blemishes are only on one side there is no pain no itching no bumps no discomfort at all but it’s very alarming. I was recently tested for HIV and that was negative and the RPR aswell
