I had oral sex with my boyfriend without protection. He said he never had engaged in other sexual activities before...will I still get STD's?

Sexually Transmitted Diseases Answer A9124
Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

If both you and your partner did not have previous sexual exposure and especially if your partner did not have any, then chances of contacting STD are very minimal. However it is better to practice oral sex with condoms too. Hope this helps. Take care!
