I had my peroid Sept 7th-Sept 15th 2009. I found out i was pregnant Oct 27th 2009. When we went and had a sono to find a heart beat i was 11 weeks (nov. 16th ish) This would have put my peroid Sept 15th-22nd. My EDC was june 22nd 2010. My babies father is denying our son because he dont "look like him". Is it possible that a sex parnter from the end of aug could be his father or no?! Im soo lost and confused!? please help ?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

For a sex partner from end of August to be the father of your kid, your LMP should have been in August sometime. If your periods were on 7th Sept, then you would have ovulated around 21st Sept and sex a few days prior to a few days after could have resulted in pregnancy.

Sonography results can be off mark by 10-15 days and hence you cannot rely on them completely. Also a baby may not look like his father at all when born. Hope this helps. Take care!
