ok i have been having stomnach pains for around a month now i have had every test i can possibly think of and no dr can tell me what's wrong. they believed that it was my appendix, then thought it was my birth control (meraina) and still nothing they have put me on tramadol for the pain but it doesnt seem to be working. the test range from external/internal ultrasounds, mri. the pain i have is sometimes worse than child labor. could it still be my appendix and they just can't tell?

It depends on the site of pain. Pain can be due to adhesions if there is a previous history of surgery in abdomen, or it can be due to kidney stones, IBS, gall bladder stones, polycystic ovary, Crohn’s or due to gas.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor once. Hope this helps. Take care!
