I am a 20 year old college student and about a year ago I suddenly got severe muscle knots across my back. Since then, they have emerged across my neck, shoulders, calf, stomach, and arms. I have been taking muscle relaxers but they don't seem to do anything besides keep the pain from becoming unbearable. Additionally, I have Marfan's and Raynauld's syndromes and frequently get migraines (have had these since i was 12) and charlie horses. I have started doing yoga and exercising regularly in hopes of alleviating the muscle pain (for about 6 months) and went through PT but it has not helped.
