Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern.Antibodies are basically Body defence against organism. Antibodies develop against a specific antigen of any disease when exposed .There are different vaccinations which a person gets , all those are Meant to produce antibodies and immunity which is basically defensive system of human body to come back against the same disease in future if same organism shows up again . Human body has its own pool of antibodies but they are not specified unless they are exposed to specific antigen and body makes those antibodies to fight against imminent danger of infection now keeping a pool is necessary because one antibody takes more than a week upto 10 to 20 days that's why keeping antibodies in pool is necessary and important .IgM antibodies basically show fresh production and igG antibodies are long lasting igA antibody has it,s own role .The discussion of which is beyond the discussion of this forum .

Take care
