Aside from being painful, is drinking cold liquids when you have healthy, but very sensitive teeth harmful or unhealthy in anyway? Are sensitive teeth more susceptible to whatever hypothermic malady may occur?

I don't think it's harmful in anyways, besides the pain. If you can't stand the pain you should use medicaments(i'm not aware of what medicaments you should use; consult a dentist) and then enjoy your cold drinks.
