hi, whenever i eat something outside my own house i get diarrhea. it passes when all the food i have eaten is "out of my body" ( it does not last long ). spicy food has the same effect on me. what can be done to prevent or completely stop this ? can probiotic yogurts help ?

From the description of your history it seems that you have intolerance to the food you have ingested.

Avoiding specific food items that cause the symptoms might be helpful.

Use of imodium can help to control the occasional diarrhea. Regular Probiotic supplements might be helpful too.

You might consult a gastroenterologist to rule out conditions like lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity, and other associated conditions.
