Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
This report suggests that you autoantibodies against your sperm cells.I would suggest you to have test for antisperm antibodies.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care

I m not a dr.

But basically you semen volume is normal and an average amount. Your number of sperm are low to medium average and would usually be enough sperm in number to impregnate a woman. But your sperm is not well formed, meaning 90 % of your sperm are not shaped and formed like normal and healthy sperm, and many of your sperm are not swimming normal and because of this, your sperm are mostly not healthy enough to be likely to swim to the egg and then drill into the egg to impregnate a woman. About 10% of your sperm are normal and swimming well. It only takes 1 healthy sperm to impregnate a woman s egg. But it takes a lot of healthy sperm swimming to the egg to impregnate it.

The next step is to see why your sperm shape, function, and condition is lower than normal.

Most clinics want 3 semen tests done over months of time in case one test is just a temporary condition such as a short term illness with a high fever tempurature, or soaking in a hot tub, that temporarily damaged a lot of your sperm from simple over heating which can kill or harm sperm. It takes about 90 days to create a sperm inside of your testicles. Anything harming your sperm can take 90 days or more to ejaculate all of the old damaged sperm out and give the testicles 90 days to replace all of your old sperm with freshly made sperm.

Your dr can explain your semen tests in more detail. You can also look up the average semen test results online and how these are explained in detail.
