Grade IV Motility- 30%
Grade I-III Motility- 20%
NonMotile - 50%

*Morphology*
Occasional Pin Headed, Double Headed Sperms seen

*Other features*
Pus Cells-Occasional
RBC-Nil

Impression-Within Normal Limits

Welcome to ehealthforum,
The semen analysis report as described by you suggests a report that has most of the parameters within normal range. If still worried, consider discussing your report with your treating doctor/urologist. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/urologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
