Welcome to ehealthforum

Rashes on the body can be due to various reasons as infection, allergy,STD etc.It was not a good idea to have intercourse with an unknown partner as there is a risk of transmission of various diseases.Since you have been tested for HIV so possibility of that is ruled out but various other sexually transmitted infections can be present.
Apply Calamine lotion on the rashes and consider visiting a dermatologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
