28, saw a rheumatologist but am without diagnosis

User Profile
I'm 28, and I have been struggling with joint pain for over a year. It always affects my wrists, knuckles, my lower back, legs/ankles and at times my neck. I have had bloodwork done, and saw a rheumatologist but am without diagnosis, I am always tired and can't seem to get enough sleep. I am fairly active, I work out 5-6 days per week, I am not sure what else to do, this pain is unbearable. I sleep but wake up bc I'm stiff, and in the mornings it takes me a while to get going because I am tired still but can't sleep by my bones hurt. All I want to do is crack my bones and doing so provides relief momentarily before I'm in pain again.
What could be wrong with me? What can I do? I feel like I complain like an old woman, but it's very real. The weather also affects the pain as well, cue old woman. I can't take it. Any suggestions would be helpful, any thought on possible issues would be appreciated.
Thank you !

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

If there is no possibility of an autoimmune disorder and rheumatoid arthritis, then possibility of anemia, low vitamin D and low vitamin B12 should be looked into. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
