I was 18 hours late starting my new pack of sprintec. I was supposed to take it 3 pm Wednesday but took one 9 am Thursday and 1 at 3 pm Thursday (2 that day) and one Friday, had intercourse Friday night and took plan b sat morning what are my chances of pregnancy if any?

There is almost no chance and you are overprotected.I suggest you to not to get tensed as pregnancy is a remote option but you might have a delayed/scanty next cycle.
