I rubbed my bare penis against the butt cheeks of a sex worker for 2-3 minutes. I am curious about risk of herpes transmission. This is the first time I have done anything like this. It has been 29 days and I have not had any lesions. I think this was pretty low risk behavior but am not positive. That is all that occured during the experience.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. If the buttocks or anus had no active herpetic lesion in your partner then you got nothing to worry about.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
