Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

You can try antifungal creams with clotrimazile or miconazole. Ring worm is fungal infection.the rash will improve in two weeks but most antifungal should be used for 2 to 4 wks to get rid if fungus. Oral treatment is given when the infection keeps on spreading or returns frequently.

Hope it helps
Thanks

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Terbinafine both oral and topical should be advised in consultation with your doctor. It has a better response with ringworm than fluconazole, in my clinical experience.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
