Hi I have been having abit of pain in my right abdominal side right under my stomach, I have had diarrhea in the morning, also I had my test on ovaries and the doctor said nothing is wrong please reply me back as soon as you can. Thansk

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

With the history given, it is difficult to give a proper advice about your condition.

Conditions that can present with right abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, etc can include any of the ‎following conditions:-

1. Hepatitis, or ‎
2. gall bladder inflammation (Cholecystitis ) OR gall stones (Cholelithiasis) ‎
‎3. Inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, appendicitis, colitis, etc.
‎4. Right sided renal stones.
‎5. Pelvic inflammatory disease
‎6. Urinary infections.

For proper diagnosis, of your underlying condition, you might benefit by getting tested for the above conditions ‎‎by tests including - urinalysis, blood tests (liver function tests), A liver ultrasound or a abdominal CT ‎scan.

You might consult your doctor for a physical examination and tests mentioned above ‎to know the ‎exact cause.
