i am retaining fluid and feel bloated what can i do

You could try taking a diuretic/ fluid pill that will allow you to rid your body of excess water through urination. Lemon juice and water is a popular diuretic. Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be a good diuretic as well.
HOWEVER, please use diuretics as directed or sparingly. Losing too much fluid too soon can have all kinds of bad side effects. So don't think that if one pill/ dose works well that you should triple that amount for better results. Your body can become depleted of potassium and your electrolyte balance can be out of whack... all kinds of problems could ensue.
One of the best things you can do to eliminate water weight is to reduce your sodium/ salt intake and (unless you have a problem with low blood pressure or a similar issue) it is not nearly as bothersome as some of the other options.
