Residual Fibrosis ?

User Profile
My chest PA result shows Fibrotic infiltrate in the right upper lobe.
Impression: "Residual Fibrosis, right".

This condition makes me unfit to work in Saudia Arabia. Is this condition dangerous? Is there any cure for this condition?

Thank you so much.

Without personally seeing your x-ray, I cannot give you specific answers to your questions. However, if you have a localized areas of fibrosis in that one lung, and you are asymptomatic, and it is not enlarging or otherwise changing on serial x-rays, then this problem is unlikely to cause you any serious potential harm.
