We all know how totally annoying it is to have a stuffy and plugged nose, and especially having to blow your nose often only to have it either plug right back up or even seem to seal itself completely during the blowing process. Not to mention the blowing does actually tend to blow a bit of that yuck into your sinuses, causing your nose to become plugged again. Well, it seems that I have discovered something that works way better than blowing;

Hello and thank you for your post on e health forum.

Using a vaccuum cleaner for clearing of the nose, is not advisable.

As due to the high pressure of suction, it can result in rupture of sensitive tissues and blood vessels and result in severe nasal bleeding.

Using a saline mist or medicated sprays that reduce the nasal congestion - is the safest way to address this issue.
