Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If pregnancy has been confirmed, then Duphaston would have been prescribed to prevent chances of early miscarriage that can occur due to endometrial separation (with stress of travel and jerks/rough or long travel) especially if the progesterone or HCG levels are not adequate. If you can, consider postponing your travel plans. Consider discussing with your treating doctor/gynecologist about the risks and benefits of its use and for what indication was it started for you.
Take care.
